The ELITE Leadership Academy is a leadership development program for high school students that takes them to the
next level by encouraging them to finish high school and go on to attain a college degree. The ELITE Academy promotes
personal and professional development through interactive workshops and mentoring through the access of a professional
Latina network (Madrinas) in the Washington, D.C. metro region.
